PAUL LAVERS:
Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder
Paul Lavers founded SportsDirect Inc. in 1995 as a 23-year-old student with friend Joe MacDonald. Paul is the leader on all new business development and alliance initiatives and gives guidance throughout the business. Outside the office, you can find Paul spending time with his family, hitting the water or cheering on his beloved and underappreciated Miami Dolphins.

JOE MACDONALD:
Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder
Joe MacDonald co-founded SportsDirect Inc. with Paul Lavers in 1995 as a university student. He leads development, support and systems administration for the company. In addition to the day-to-day development and support, Joe heads R&D initiatives for SportsDirect. Family and following the Oakland Raiders take up most of Joe’s spare time and nobody is wittier with news and pop culture references.

BILL ORGAN:
Vice President of Operations
Bill Organ joined SportsDirect Inc in May 2000. In his current role he leads the Editorial, Data Entry, Sales and Customer Service divisions of the company, overseeing the growth of the department from a staff of one to nearly 40 employees today. He brings over ten years of experience in accounting and finance. In addition to spending time with his wife and dogs, Bill will compete anytime, anywhere and with anyone in any sport. Seriously.

KELLY MOSS:
Vice President of Finance
Kelly Moss joined SportsDirect Inc in May 2005. She is in charge of overseeing all financial aspects of the company as well as its administration and human resources functions. Kelly has over 15 years of experience in company finance and working in the healthcare and professional services industries. When not keeping up with her very busy family Kelly spends time camping and playing the obscure “sport” of Curling.

DAN LEBLANC:
Vice President Projects and Planning
Dan LeBlanc joined SportsDirect Inc in 2006. He leads the corporate, project and resource planning initiatives for the company. Dan joins SportsDirect with over ten years project and technology management experience in the consulting and educational sector. Prior to his career in technology he was a teacher, pro hockey player in Sweden and a semi-professional student. Dan spends his time off with his family, coaching hockey and taking the occasional walk around a golf course.
